Inside Out Hiring is seeking a Finance & Accounting Virtual Assistant to support a US-based electric bike brand with part-time administrative and financial tasks.

You will work directly with accounting leads to manage day-to-day documentation, data entry, routine reconciliations, and light HR onboarding, using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com. This is a remote, 20-hour-per-week role with a ASAP start.

Formación

• Direct experience or educational background in Accounting or Finance.
• Clear understanding of core accounting principles (debits/credits; cash vs accrual).
• Ability to handle sensitive financial and HR information responsibly.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Smart, coachable mindset with team orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle general finance-related paperwork and routine administrative workflows.
• Assist data entry, transaction categorization, and reconciliations using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Support preparation and distribution of annual 1099 forms at year-end.
• Help ensure internal controls and regulatory procedures are followed.
• Provide light HR onboarding support and document tracking as needed.
• Collaborate across the team to support ad hoc administrative tasks.
