Appspringtech is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice tracking, and local financial compliance. You will log transactions, reconcile bank statements, and support tax filings.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field of study
• Proficient in local tax regulations, invoicing software, and spreadsheet modeling
• Exceptional detail orientation, organization, and analytical capabilities
• Intermediate English reading and writing abilities

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily bookkeeping, entry logging, and bank reconciliation in accounting platforms
• Coordinate client invoicing cycles, accounts receivable follow-ups, and international contractor payouts
• Support the preparation of local monthly tax declarations and year-end audit reports
• Maintain highly organized financial records and digital documentation files
• Collaborate with external legal and accounting advisors to ensure absolute regulatory compliance

About the Position

Requirements & Technical Skills

• 2+ years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably inside tech or export businesses
