BairesDev is seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to identify, attract, and assess top leaders for our clients. You will source senior-level professionals and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a fully remote environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in recruitment or executive search, a Bachelor’s in Business/HR, strong interview and assessment skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work independently on multiple searches, including US openings.

• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Experience recruiting for US candidates and commercial openings.
• Advanced level of English.
