BairesDev is seeking an Executive Headhunter to identify and place senior leaders for global clients. You will source, assess, and present top-tier executives, lead negotiations, and ensure strategic fits across industries.

The role emphasizes independence, strong English, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fully remote, worldwide environment. You will work with a diverse, global team and advanced recruitment tools.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in executive search.
• Experience recruiting for US candidates and US openings.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Knowledge of various industries and understanding of executive roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple search assignments.
• Advanced level of English.

We are seeking an experienced Executive Headhunter to identify, attract, and assess top talent to ensure the placement of high-performing leaders who drive organizational success and strategic growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and securing exceptional senior-level professionals for our clients.
