Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function and drive hiring strategy across a large team. You will oversee leaders, implement scalable processes, and align TA goals with business needs in a fully remote setup.

You will monitor KPIs, refine recruitment processes, and collaborate with other managers to ensure up-to-date, effective practices while offering competitive compensation in USD or local currency and a flexible, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
• Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process and enhance employee well-being.
• Align with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings within the team.
• Analyze data to assess and improve Recruiting and Staffing processes.
