Job summary

BairesDev, a 15-year tech leader, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide end-to-end personal and lifestyle support to its executives. This dynamic role offers ownership of requests from start to finish, requiring research, creativity, and sound judgment in a multicultural environment.

You will coordinate travel, manage household matters, vendor relationships, and personal events, with 100% remote work and USD or local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
• Strong travel planning experience.
• Familiar with US-based services, vendors and logistics.
• Experience handling personal/executive requests.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end personal and lifestyle support to executives.
• Research, plan, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Research and coordinate vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate personal events and occasions.
• Manage ad hoc requests independently until completion.
