Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles.
• Experience with travel planning.
• Familiarity with US-based services, vendors, travel, restaurants, and day-to-day logistics.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-to-end personal and lifestyle support to executives.
• Research, plan, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Research and coordinate vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate personal events and logistics for executives.
• Manage ad hoc requests independently and follow through to completion.
