Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles.
Experience with travel planning.
Familiarity with US-based services, vendors, travel, restaurants, and logistics.
Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support with executives' personal and lifestyle matters, including household administration, appointments, purchases, and family-related requests.
Research, plan, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
Research and coordinate vendors and service providers, comparing options and recommending the best solution.
Coordinate personal events and special occasions, including venue sourcing, catering, and logistics.
Manage a wide variety of ad hoc and time-sensitive requests independently, following through until completion.
