Job summary

BairesDev is hiring an Engineering Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will bridge high-level strategy with technical execution, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

You will drive end-to-end programs, align roadmaps with business goals, and collaborate with executives and engineers to remove bottlenecks and improve velocity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy and ability to drive technical strategy at scale.
• Hands-on experience with cross-team coordination and program management frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs from initial planning to deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering units and stakeholders.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps aligned with long-term strategy.
• Implement and optimize program management frameworks to improve efficiency and velocity.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting timelines or stability.
• Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to executives and engineering partners.
