Engineering Program Manager at BairesDev

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will orchestrate complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with overarching. You will be a link between high-level strategy and technical execution, streamlining communication and removing bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of large-scale programs.

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial strategic planning through to final deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to synchronize efforts across diverse engineering units and stakeholders.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps, ensuring they align with the organization's long-term technology strategy.
• Implement and optimize program management frameworks to improve operational efficiency and team velocity.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could impact project timelines or system stability.
• Communicate program status, risks, and strategic technical decisions to executive leadership and engineering partners.
