BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex programs across distributed teams, ensuring dependencies, risks, and milestones stay visible and on track from kickoff to delivery.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, translate program complexity into clear communication, and influence adoption in security, AI, and developer enablement domains. This role is remote with global impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive-level communication and reporting skills.
• Proven track record tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption-driven programs such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
