Yuno is expanding its engineering leadership. As Engineering Manager, you will lead the Integrations team, connecting Yuno's platform to PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways worldwide, owning technical direction and delivery for a critical infrastructure component.

You will mentor engineers, drive API design and performance, and collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to scale merchant experiences across regions.

Formación

• Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Drive technical decision‑making and manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience in payments companies, payments‑related teams or PSP integrations.
• Deep experience in payments infrastructure, including network tokens, routing, and transaction optimization.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on backend engineering experience, with Java, Golang, Kotlin or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of microservices and event‑driven architectures, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and OWASP principles.
• Champion of AI‑first development – AI‑assisted coding, automated testing and code generation.
• Experience delivering in agile environments.
• Advanced English; conversational Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical direction and delivery of core infrastructure.
• Contribute hands‑on to development, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and well‑documented solutions for enterprise merchants.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align needs.
• Drive engineering best practices in API design, testing, and performance; mentor engineers.
