SearchApi is a real-time SERP API delivering structured data from 100+ search engines and sources. We’re looking for an engineering manager to own delivery end to end so the founder can step out of the day-to-day loop.

You will run cadences, track every active project, surface risk early, and be the first escalation point when something breaks. This role emphasizes clear writing and strong decision-making over status theater.

Formación

• Experience leading delivery-focused teams and end-to-end ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to surface risks early and drive evidence-based decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Run cadences including planning, standups, and retros.
• Track all active projects and surface risks before issues escalate.
• Own delivery metrics such as cycle time and reliability.
• Coordinate incident responses and conduct blameless RCAs.
• Grow the team with 1:1 coaching and a strong hiring pipeline.
