BairesDev is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to develop firmware powering IoT, automotive, and industrial devices. You will work at the hardware-software intersection, ensuring firmware is optimized for real-time performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include designing drivers, tuning RTOS behavior, and low-level debugging, while collaborating with a global Top 1% talent. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and USD-based compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, or Systems Programming.
• Firmware and embedded software for IoT, automotive, or industrial devices.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with embedded Linux or RTOS like FreeRTOS and Zephyr.
• Hands-on microcontroller programming, device drivers, and low-level debugging.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop robust firmware for hardware platforms.
• Tune RTOS to ensure system stability in real-time constraints.
• Develop and maintain device drivers for software-hardware communication.
• Debug and optimize performance using low-level tools and HALs.
