BairesDev is seeking a Real-Time Systems Engineer to join our globally distributed team working remotely. You will develop and optimize high-performance, deterministic software that operates under strict timing constraints and interfaces with hardware at a low level.

You'll design RTOS-based solutions, manage real-time scheduling, and collaborate with hardware teams to ensure safety-critical, high-availability systems while enjoying flexible hours and 100% remote work.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on real-time systems.
• Expertise in deterministic systems using RTOS such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, Zephyr, or QNX.
• Advanced proficiency in real-time scheduling and hardware constraints.
• Deep understanding of safety-critical contexts and hard real-time constraints.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
