Job summary

Hustler Marketing LLC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee assigned clients and their stores, planning, briefing, and monitoring campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with a cross‑functional team, and ensure campaigns are executed to meet revenue goals.

You will lead a team of creatives and account managers to deliver high‑quality email marketing and other campaigns, maintain regular client communication, and report on performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 6 months in email marketing.
• Proven leadership experience, especially leading a team of creatives to deliver quality work.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
• Comfort with remote work and coordinating with cross‑functional groups across countries.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, etc.) and analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients and their stores by planning, briefing, monitoring, and executing marketing campaigns to drive conversions and sales.
• Oversee client-agency relationships and ensure marketing campaigns are written, designed, and executed effectively.
• Lead teams of Copywriters, Designers, and Associates to meet campaign timelines and client expectations.
• Maintain open communication with clients, provide reports, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve revenue from email marketing.
