Fringe Sport, LLC is seeking a Content & Creative Strategist (DTC Fitness) to translate customer insights into compelling creative. The role blends creative strategy with hands-on ad management, using AI to optimize outcomes and drive learning across paid and organic channels.

The position is remote, open to candidates in the Philippines or Latin America, with full-time hours and compensation in the USD range.

Formación

• Experience creating DTC ads that convert and can show results.
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta) and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tech stack (Shopify, Klaviyo).
• Ability to guide creative direction and run AI-assisted processes.

Responsabilidades

• Turn customer insights into creative ideas and briefs.
• Lead a content team and AI workflow for ad production.
• Manage paid social tests: launch, read, scale, kill; keep volume of 3–4 new ads per week.
• Shape organic and paid messaging for launches and education.
