The ideal candidate has experience in dispatch or logistics, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or freight operations.
• Ability to independently manage multiple active shipments and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and tactical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee active over-the-road freight movements throughout the full operational cycle.
• Serve as the primary tactical point of contact for active shipments.
• Monitor shipments and proactively identify and resolve delays, exceptions, and issues.
• Make timely tactical decisions to keep freight moving efficiently.

• Manage daily dispatch activities independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide timely updates and follow-up throughout the transportation process.

About the Role

We are looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Medellín. The Dispatcher serves as the primary tactical director for active over-the-road freight movements, independently managing the full operational cycle and making sound tactical decisions to ensure shipments move efficiently and according to plan.

• Serve as the primary tactical point of contact for active shipments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment and operational information.

Requirements:
