Productiv is looking for a seasoned DevOps/Platform Engineer to design and scale CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and run Kubernetes clusters across a distributed AWS platform. You will collaborate with engineers, tech leads, and the DevOps squad to raise reliability, speed, and safety of software delivery.

You will own observability tooling, incident response, and release coordination, working in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS and Terraform experience.
• Solid CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Comfort with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Strong communication skills and an ownership-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design and scale CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters - availability, security, networking, and traffic.
• Coordinate releases across teams, including Git workflows and database version control.
• Build observability tooling (monitoring, logging, dashboards) and support incident response.
• Partner with Dev Leads to unblock deployments and shape infrastructure standards.
