Venaro seeks a versatile Design & Administrative Coordinator to join a fast-paced, multi-industry team. You will handle print design production, client communications, and admin support in a remote Colombia setting.

This role blends creative, technical, and organizational tasks. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, WordPress, and Excel is essential, as is English communication at least B2. Occasional US travel may be required.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (B2+), daily client communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in printing/graphic arts, familiarity with marketing tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform technical review of final art files, check bleeds and color modes.
• Communicate print specs with clients and send digital proofs for approval.
• Set up variable print runs using InDesign and track production status.
• Qualify leads and support scheduling, billing, and subscriptions.
• Manage social media copy and scheduling, analyze performance metrics.
