Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to produce print and digital advertisements at volume, adhering to templates and deadlines. The role focuses on production design, turning client-provided materials into ads that work.

This remote position is run through RemoFirst, with English proficiency for live US-based calls and strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills. Portfolio required and two-week application window.

Formación

• A degree in graphic arts, design, or a related field is welcome but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in print and digital advertising design.
• Advanced InDesign proficiency; InDesign is the primary program in our workflow.
• Working proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience preparing files for commercial press.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher; live calls with US-based clients.
• Strong proofreading skills in English.
• Ability to manage an independent workload against a production calendar.
• Willingness to work from written direction and adapt to process changes.
• Experience in direct mail, coupon, or offer-based advertising.
• Experience designing within small ad dimensions and tight copy limits.
• Familiarity with co-op or multi-advertiser print formats.
• High-volume production experience for many small businesses.
• Experience working with global and/or US-based teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design print advertisements to established templates and specifications.
• Prepare press-ready files with bleed, CMYK, resolution, and font handling.
• Design email and social advertising creative.
• Execute revisions and corrections on short notice.
• Proofread all work prior to release.
• Enter and maintain advertisement data accurately.
• Coordinate with sales on questions, revisions, and production issues.
• Work directly with clients by phone and email to collect assets and confirm approval.
