Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Proven budget oversight and financial management experience.
• Experience leading Agile teams and practices.
• Advanced English communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more medium to large IT projects with staff augmentation.
• Coach and mentor team members; ensure alignment with policies.
