devsavant is seeking a Data Services Analyst to join the Insights & Analytics team. You will deliver both standard and custom data solutions for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a remote-first setting with US business hours.

You will partner with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to design data products, respond to ad-hoc requests, and maintain high data quality while contributing to a fast-growing startup environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Looker, Redash, Tableau.
• Strong ability to organize, analyze, and validate large datasets with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes while prioritizing customer needs.
• Ability to communicate technical analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Review tasks and project scope using Jira with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to clarify requirements.
• Determine effective methods to extract and analyze data using proprietary platforms, SQL, and other tools.
• Review teammates' SQL queries and deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Help train and improve use of generative AI tools that support data delivery.
• Learn and understand key business metrics and how they help customers make strategic decisions.
