Cuesta Partners, a technology strategy consulting firm, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to deliver end-to-end data solutions for a broad client base. You will shape green-field data areas, build scalable pipelines, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership and business units in a remote setting with occasional US travel.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience, strong SQL/Python/R skills, and a talent for communicating complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience bridging technical analysis and business strategy.
• Strong SQL, Python, R and statistical analysis skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large datasets and data-driven decision making.
• Technical writing experience for queries, reports, and presentations.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities for stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or comparable.
• Technical writing experience in relevant areas (queries, reports, presentations).

Responsabilidades

• Establish close communication with team members to align best practices and collaborate for continuous improvement.
• Quickly triage and diagnose system or performance issues and support the business during critical downtimes and releases.
• Act as the technical expert, proposing solutions to roadblocks and escalating problems as appropriate.
• Collecting and organizing information from various sources.
• Cleaning and transforming data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Applying statistical analysis methods to identify trends and patterns.
• Developing models and visualizations to present insights clearly.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover relationships and correlations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitoring and evaluating quality to ensure reliability and integrity.
• Creating reports and dashboards to familiarize customers with insight and results of the analysis.
• Mentoring junior developers to improve team performance.
