BairesDev is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join its Research & Development Team. This role requires a professional who can leverage data to aid the business in achieving its objectives, including generating and validating hypotheses, as well as providing insights.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in analytics or related fields, is proficient in SQL, and possesses strong data visualization skills. The position offers flexible hours and a fully remote working environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with analytics, BI, statistics, or any other related area.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Extensive experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.

Responsabilidades

• Understand, locate and propose new process improvement opportunities.
• Generate hypotheses and set up tests to validate them using data.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Participate actively in discussions and decisions regarding the whole Data Analysis chapter.
