Cuesta Partners is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to work with our diverse client base on data-driven engagements. You will build scalable data pipelines, transform data, and deliver analytics insights that inform strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes bridging technical analysis with business strategy, strong communication, and the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Remote work is available with occasional travel to the United States.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst bridging technical analysis and business strategy.
• Strong SQL, Python, and R skills with complex datasets.
• Ability to turn data into meaningful insights for business decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation suited for non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical writing experience with queries, reports, and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Establish effective communication with team members to align best practices.
• Triage and troubleshoot system or performance issues during critical downtimes and releases.
• Act as technical expert, propose solutions and outline dependencies.
• Collect and organize information from multiple sources.
• Clean and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop models and visualizations to present insights clearly.
