Spreetail is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Solutions Analyst to join our team. You will analyze data, identify problems, and manage projects to drive efficient solutions for our key accounts.

This is not a traditional Analyst position; we are looking for a data-minded individual who can dive deep into the details and provide actionable insights. This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, including SQL Server and Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment with 3PL expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports every week.
• Source new reports that inform and increase client stickiness to Spreetail.
• Anticipate issues in reconciliation of brand client receipts, shipping, or performance and present solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
• Manage and organize projects to ensure timely completion.
