DOXA is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst in Colombia to transform data into meaningful insights and maintain reliable reporting solutions. You will support the BI Manager by managing Power BI reports, developing SQL views, ensuring data accuracy, and keeping BI projects organized across Colombian and international teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2-3+ years of BI, Data Analytics experience with hands-on SQL and Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Make edits and updates to existing Power BI reports, including layout changes, calculations (DAX), and basic data model adjustments.
• Run data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy of reports and pipelines.
• Write and edit SQL views feeding Power BI reports, shaping underlying data logic.
• Assist with documentation of data models, pipelines, and report logic.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders, pulling and formatting data accurately.
• Assist with building and formatting new reports from defined specs, suggesting improvements.
