Puulse Marketing, a Canadian company, seeks a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to work remotely, with a second role as Content Creator & Designer for remote South America. You’ll produce high-volume social content across graphics and video to energize sales teams and attract top talent.

You’ll design posts, ads, and marketing assets, edit video, and help build recruiting content while collaborating with Canadian leadership. English fluency and rapid, quality output are essential.

Responsabilités

• Design posts for social media using company content and assets.
• Design product ads and marketing assets across multiple markets.
• Edit video for recruiting content, leaderboards, and training materials.
• Create leaderboards and incentive graphics for the sales teams.
• Edit recordings into short clips for training and recruiting.
• Help update job listings, candidate forms, and interview kits.
• Support recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Handle day-to-day requests as priorities shift.
