Rose Talent Solutions partners with growing businesses to build full-time offshore teams that function seamlessly as part of their in-house staff. All of our team members work U.S. business hours and integrate directly into existing systems to deliver optimal results.

About the Role

We're hiring a part-time (20 hours/week) remote Visual Content Designer for a U.S. marketing agency that delivers concierge-style creative for clients across many industries — with potential to grow into a full-time position. You'll sit at the intersection of design and content: creating on-brand graphics, carousels, decks, and short-form digital media for multiple client brands, and drafting the copy that pairs with your designs. You'll also support the agency owner with light office management — inbox, client communications, and file organization. This role suits a self-starter who takes a brief and runs with it independently from concept to final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand digital assets: social media graphics, marketing collateral, presentation and proposal decks, and web content
• Produce dynamic content formats — carousels, infographics, reels, and other short-form digital media
• Draft clear, engaging copy to pair with your designs, turning briefs and raw ideas into polished, audience-ready posts
• Maintain brand consistency across each client's established guidelines while switching between multiple brand voices
• Collaborate on campaign ideas, content calendars, and strategic messaging
• Manage and organize the agency inbox, flagging what needs the owner's attention
• Handle client communications professionally and keep project files and assets organized

What We Are Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design fundamentals — typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• A knack for writing clear, snappy copy that complements visual messaging
• Versatility — comfortable balancing structured design projects with fast-paced social content needs
• A high-effort, reliable self-starter who takes initial guidance and independently delivers from concept to final
• A keen eye for detail: visual polish, brand alignment, and layout precision
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
• Must be located in an EST timezone country (e.g., Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Panama)

What the Role Is Not

• Not a design-only role — you'll write the copy for your own designs and handle light office management (inbox, client comms, organization) as a real part of the job
• Not a hand-holding environment — briefs come with initial direction, and you're expected to run with them independently, not wait for step-by-step instructions
• Not single-brand work — you'll juggle multiple client brands with different guidelines, so we care about brand-accurate consistency, not just pretty output
