• Find angles from reviews, support tickets, competitor ads and customer conversations.
• Turn those angles into hooks, concepts, scripts and briefs the team can execute.
• Launch, read, scale and kill creative tests for Meta and Google.
• Ship 3 to 4 new video ads every week.
• Use AI tools to handle account work and focus on creative.
• Lead a small content team (content creator and video editor) and an AI workflow.
• Shape organic social, YouTube, search content and product education.
• Set messaging for product launches and email campaigns.
