Job summary

Parity Homes is seeking a Virtual Project Manager (Construction) to support active development projects remotely. You will work with the Director of Construction to drive documentation, scheduling, vendor coordination, and financial tracking across multiple rehab projects.

BuilderTrend proficiency is a strong advantage to hit the ground running. This high-ownership role requires strong scheduling, communication, and collaboration across time zones, with a focus on precision and timely delivery

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of construction project management experience.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across teams.
• Reliable internet connection and EST hours for full-time remote work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update construction schedules and project records.
• Coordinate scopes of work with trade partners and manage agreements.
• Process invoices, manage procurement, and support budgets.
• Support permit and entitlement processes and collect required documents.
• Provide project support to Director of Construction and ensure schedule alignment.
