Rapyd Ltd. is seeking a LATAM Compliance Officer who will act as a senior regulatory strategist for Colombia and regional operations. You will lead statutory compliance and collaborate with local regulators to ensure AML/CFT and sanctions alignment across LATAM.

You will design robust governance frameworks, mentor regional teams, and drive a harmonized approach to regulatory risk. Fluent English and fintech regulatory expertise are essential for success.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal advisory.
• Deep fintech regulations knowledge (AML/CFT, FATF) and SAGRILAFT, PTEE.
• Experience in LATAM regulatory oversight and cross-border compliance.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic regional advisory and coaching across LATAM.
• Governance and statutory leadership as Compliance Officer for Rapyd Colombia.
• Regulatory liaison with Superintendencia de Sociedades and other authorities.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and future-proof controls.
• Policy documentation review and implementation with relevant teams.
