First American's Agency Division is seeking a professional to conduct all steps of the closing process for commercial real estate transactions across the United States. You will support title agents with reviews, ordering updates, and final policy issuance, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders and internal teams, maintaining files and reports while ensuring compliance and exceptional service to clients.

Formación

• 3-5 years title industry experience (commercial multi-state preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports title agents with commercial real estate transactions by assisting with title commitment reviews, ordering title and tax updates, obtaining title curative matters, and quoting premiums.
• Creates and maintains files, records, and reports.
• Reviews Buyer, Seller, and Lender transaction documents and instructions for closings.
• Prepares and revises title commitments and proformas title policies and endorsements.
• Issues final title policies and endorsements in accordance with underwriting guidelines.
