• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Florida Title Examination experience preferred.
• 3+ years Title Examination experience required.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Knowledge of legal terms is helpful.
• Proficient with MS Office and company operating systems.
• Remote work is available.

Responsabilidades

• Performs title examination and analyzes the chain of title for a wide range of orders.
• Abstracts and analyzes records such as leases, liens, judgments, easements, and related documents.
• Resolves missing or contradictory information in title documentation.
• Prepares initial title commitments according to procedural guidelines.
• Prepares and reviews reports for accuracy.
• May provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines.
