AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Cloud Platform Technical Lead to own the reliability and orchestration of an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes AWS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, and data ingestion pipelines, with a focus on resilience and scale. You will drive platform engineering from IaC to CI/CD, guide cross‑functional incident response, and mentor engineers across a distributed team while partnering with Security and IT to enforce

• 6+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps or SRE.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical direction and end‑to‑end reliability of the managed Data Platform across AWS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Snowflake, S3, Fivetran and Tableau dependencies.
• Lead the technical transition into managed services with platform discovery, risk identification, shadowing, and readiness validation.
• Define and evolve IaC, CI/CD, and release practices, observability patterns, and platform engineering priorities.
• Provide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes/EKS operations, Argo Workflows, deployment automation, access management, and capacity planning.
• Translate business and security needs into technical requirements and a prioritized backlog.
• Guide cross‑platform decisions involving Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, ingestion, data quality, and downstream analytics.
• Lead complex cross‑platform troubleshooting and L3 escalation across infra, ingestion, orchestration, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Direct incident responses with impact assessment, recovery strategy, root‑cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Ensure changes/releases include technical review, dependency analysis, rollback planning, and traceability.
• Define reliability indicators: availability, ingestion success, data freshness, and alert quality.
• Lead automation, observability, auto‑remediation, capacity management, and cloud cost efficiency improvements.
• Partner with Security, Governance, Analytics, IT to ensure least‑privilege access and auditability.
• Review designs, document tradeoffs, and ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Mentor engineers, delegate ownership, improve processes across the distributed team.
• Maintain alignment across LatAm and India coverage windows with clear handoffs.
• Participate in senior escalation and on‑call model for incidents outside staffed hours.
