Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Informatics Specialist to review AI-generated clinical data and verify accuracy against source records. You will assess patient eligibility based on trial criteria and act as a quality checkpoint in the HITL process.

Ideal candidates have an MD or equivalent, strong oncology/hematology knowledge, and experience interpreting EHR data. You will collaborate across Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve AI-driven matching workflows.

Formación

• MD or equivalent medical degree required.
• Physicians early in their careers encouraged to apply.
• Must have working knowledge of oncology and/or hematology.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate AI-abstracted clinical data against source medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate patient eligibility against clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• Serve as a clinical QA checkpoint within the HITL review process, identifying errors and edge cases.
• Apply oncology/hematology knowledge to identify details affecting eligibility, including prior treatment and biomarkers.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations on referral-to-enrollment workflows to ensure eligibility criteria are met.
• Document clinical and QA findings clearly for stakeholders.
• Work with Product and Engineering to communicate data issues and contribute to improvements in AI-driven matching workflows.
• Support quality, consistency, and scalability as review volume grows.
