Massive Bio is seeking an Oncology Informatics Specialist to bridge clinical knowledge and data systems. You will support how the organization manages, analyzes, and acts on oncology data across clinical, product, engineering, marketing, and operations.

The role emphasizes informatics strategy, regulatory compliance (HIPAA/GDPR), and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet growing data needs and ensure scalable, compliant data practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in oncology informatics or closely related space (clinical data management, trial data systems, or health IT).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR; understands data integrity, security, and privacy.
• Ability to translate data needs for non-technical audiences across multiple functions.
• Experience with or interest in AI/ML applications in healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute informatics strategies supporting clinical trial matching, oncology research, and patient care operations.
• Partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams to translate data needs into system requirements and priorities.
• Drive implementation and optimization of informatics tools, including CDS, data pipelines, and EDC platforms.
• Own regulatory compliance for data management across US and international frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, local regulations).
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for informatics initiatives; keep stakeholders aligned.
• Train internal teams on informatics tools and best practices to raise data literacy.
