Massive Bio is seeking an Oncology Informatics Specialist to review AI-generated clinical data and ensure accurate matching of cancer patients to relevant clinical trials. You will verify data against source records and assess eligibility per trial criteria.

The role blends clinical care, clinical research, and AI-powered healthcare technology, offering cross-functional collaboration with Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.

Formación

• MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Physicians early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in oncology/hematology and AI applications.
• Ability to review and interpret medical records (EHR, imaging, pathology, labs).
• Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Interest in AI/ML in healthcare and data-driven workflows.
• Ability to work at the intersection of clinical judgment, data, and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate AI-abstracted clinical data against source records for accuracy.
• Evaluate patient eligibility against clinical trial inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Serve as a QA checkpoint in the HITL review process, identifying errors and edge cases.
• Apply oncology/hematology knowledge to identify relevant clinical details affecting eligibility.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering on AI-driven workflows.
• Document QA findings clearly for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Communicate recurring data/interpretation issues to improve AI matching workflows.
• Support quality, consistency, and scalability as review volume grows.
