Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a Client Support Specialist to coordinate escheat tasks for RynohEscheat Pro clients and ensure compliance in the escheat admin data-base. You will communicate effectively with clients and payees.

You will set up clients in Rynoh, perform daily due diligence, maintain quarterly escheat records, file NAUPA reports, and troubleshoot issues with the RynohLive software, often with minimal supervision.

Formación

• At least a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years of client support experience.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot general computer problems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure RynohEscheat Pro clients are properly set up in Rynoh including bank accounts activated, holder(s) set up, Pro Letterhead uploaded, and imports, if needed.
• Daily escheat due diligence requirements, including but not limited to creating and sending due diligence letters, responding to payee requests, updating Rynoh Escheat transactions with notes, and reaching out to clients for check reissues.
• Quarterly compliance review and maintenance of escheat database.
• Responsible for filing state NAUPA reports, as assigned.
• General knowledge of escheat module, requirements, and ability to troubleshoot and correct any errors
• Successfully handle any duties as assigned by manager with little to no supervision
• Maintains an overall awareness of functions of RynohLive software to answer any questions or troubleshoot any problems for customers.
