Guidepost Marketing is hiring a Junior Client Success Manager to own doctor relationships, act as the primary contact, and translate requests into actionable briefs. You will narrate performance metrics clearly and anticipate issues before clients raise them.

You must manage expectations with calm, direct communication, embrace AI daily, and work US Eastern hours in a fully remote role. Growth paths within pods are highlighted, with shared success metrics and expansion opportunities.

Formación

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Own outcomes in client relationships; show what you kept, what you lost and why.
• Write clearly and fast; no second pass needed on communications.
• Hold doctors' respect with calm, direct, prepared communication.
• Demonstrate daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve work.

Responsabilidades

• Own the relationship with doctors and be their main point of contact.
• Turn client requests into briefs with actionable context for the team (why attached).
• Narrate performance data in plain English and outline next steps.
• Identify problems early and communicate them with a proactive plan.
• Spot opportunities for expansion using client data and numbers.
