FullStack is seeking senior engineers who embed with client teams to architect and ship AI-enabled solutions. You’ll blend consulting, system design, and active delivery across data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy outcomes.

We operate with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, emphasizing architecture judgment, end-to-end delivery ownership, and Day 2 operations. Remote, high-velocity engagements across the Americas.

Qualifications

• What you'll bring includes a strong production stack (Python/TS/Java/C#/Go) and comfort with AI tooling.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing discovery calls and decompose complex problems.
• Advanced English language skills and a four-year college degree.
• Hands-on experience shipping agentic AI solutions in production.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specs for automated workflows and AI systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval and context management.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Operate Day 2: observability, cost control, and ongoing optimization.
• Provide consultative support to leadership during engagements.
