Hourly is building the most advanced insurtech and payroll platform, seeking a talented Business Analyst to join its Product team. You will bridge business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the successful delivery of product initiatives.

Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that product requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and aligned

Qualifikationen

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process docs.
• Support Product Owners in refining the product backlog.
• Identify opportunities, improvements, and product enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Support Product Owners in managing and refining the product backlog.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities, process improvements, and product enhancements.
• Work with Engineering and Design to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Define and document workflows, business processes, and system requirements.
• Support testing by validating functionality against requirements.
• Monitor product performance and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Create reports and communications to share findings and recommendations.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered product functionality.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in product initiatives.
