Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will interface with clients, product teams, and engineers, leading discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria to ensure solutions meet business needs.

You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, shaping scope during project scoping and estimation.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn ambiguous input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level (flows, entities, relationships, rules).
• Hands-on experience with Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable leading client meetings with U.S. stakeholders.
• Enough technical literacy to discuss APIs, integrations, databases, and system constraints.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current and future-state processes, rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Break scope into epics and stories for engineering estimates.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and questions early and drive resolution.
• Write user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Prioritize and groom the backlog with the Product Manager ahead of sprints.
• Coordinate with UI/UX (Figma) to ensure flow accuracy before development.
• Support sprint demos and user acceptance testing with clients.
• Keep requirements documentation organized in Google Drive.
