Hourly is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery within its Product team. You will gather requirements, document user stories, and support backlog refinement to align solutions with business goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering, and Design, participating in agile ceremonies, and ensuring clear documentation and communication of findings and recommendations. This is a 100% remote opportunity based in Colombia.

Hourly is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join its growing Product team. In this role, you will help bridge business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the successful delivery of product initiatives.

Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that product requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
