CoverGo Limited is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to work with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and deliver analytical solutions. You will plan simple to semi-complex processes, gather requirements, and document clear specifications, while supporting QA, UAT, and release activities.

A strong background in Agile and English communication is essential. The role offers fully remote work, an international environment, and opportunities to engage with leading insurtech

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Insurance industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of Agile approaches to prioritizing work into epics and sprints.
• Health Insurance domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify business problems with clients and design analytical solutions.
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
• Gather and document client requirements and communicate to stakeholders.
• Create test scenarios and oversee testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop user stories and BRDs to support modifications.
• Assist in project task time estimates and documentation.
