Hourly, Inc. is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join its Product team. You will bridge business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting delivery of product initiatives.

You'll collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems

Formación

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Support Product Owners in managing and refining the product backlog.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities, process improvements, and product enhancements.
• Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
