Job summary

Valle Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Specialist to support billing and accounts receivable for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for billing questions, ensure invoices are accurate, and follow up on past-due balances while applying payments and documenting outcomes.

This role requires clear communication, strong numerical accuracy, and experience with invoicing. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in billing/AR, is fluent in English (C1), and is proficient

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related finance support.
• Proficient in English (C1) written and spoken.
• Experience preparing invoices, applying payments, and reconciling accounts.
• Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer billing inquiries by phone, chat, and email with clear, accurate answers.
• Prepare, issue, and correct customer invoices following procedures.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and coordinate payment arrangements.
• Apply incoming payments, process refunds and credits, and reconcile accounts.
