Job Duck, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to support clients through the legal process. You will coordinate medical records, insurance details, and provider billing while maintaining confidential case files.

In this remote, US-based role, you will handle about 30 calls daily and serve as the main contact for clients, attorneys, and medical providers, ensuring timely updates and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in personal injury case management, legal support, insurance coordination, or related roles.
• Experience communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• Ability to manage approximately 30 mixed inbound and outbound calls per day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical records, insurance details, and provider billing.
• Serve as main client contact and provide timely case updates.
• Prepare and send letters of representation.
• Use RingCentral for client and provider communications.
• Maintain confidential electronic case files.
• Support auto accident and property damage matters when needed.
