You will welcome prospective clients, gather essential information, and convert inquiries into lasting partnerships, delivering a premium client experience from the first contact.
Remote-position with later-day hours, bilingual communication in English and Spanish, and a focus on relationship-based service and sales to support firm growth
Formación
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, strong communication skills.
- Customer-focused, empathetic, able to build rapport quickly.
- Sales-oriented approach in professional services or similar environments.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable tech setup and responsiveness.
- Experience in legal intake or related field is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Handle initial intake conversations in English and Spanish via phone and messaging apps.
- Use a consultative, relationship-based approach to convert leads into clients.
- Explain the intake process and set clear expectations for prospective clients.
- Gather and document essential client information during natural conversations.
- Support after-hours intake when needed, using firm platforms to coordinate with the team.
- Assist with intake-adjacent tasks such as opening claims when volume allows.
